Using Pic2Listing

You may use Pic2Listing only where legally permitted and for lawful items you have the right to sell. You are responsible for your listing, price, communications, taxes, delivery, and transaction. Do not post prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, infringing, deceptive, or regulated goods.

Suggestions are not guarantees

Draft text, categories, condition descriptions, and prices are automated suggestions and may be wrong. Review them before publishing. Pic2Listing does not guarantee a sale, buyer, price, item quality, identity, payment, or transaction outcome.

Marketplace conduct

Be honest, respectful, and safe. Do not spam, scrape, disrupt the service, evade limits, impersonate others, or use messages for harassment or fraud. We may restrict or remove content or access to protect users and the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Pic2Listing a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

Service and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, Pic2Listing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or transaction-related loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
