Information we process

Pic2Listing processes photos you choose, approximate listing location, listing details, messages, app locale, country, and a pseudonymous device identifier. We also process basic request and reliability data such as time, route, status, and a short-lived network address hash for abuse prevention.

How we use it

We use this information to create and publish listings, show relevant nearby items, deliver messages, count views, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Listing photos are sent to our AI service provider, OpenAI, to generate the draft you request.

Sharing and public content

Published listings, including their photo, approximate location, and listing text, are public. Messages are visible through the listing conversation. We share data with hosting and AI providers only as needed to operate Pic2Listing, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

Unpublished drafts are designed to expire after 24 hours, although backups and cleanup schedules may retain data briefly. Published listings and messages remain while the service is active or until deletion is requested. You can withhold location, avoid publishing, or request deletion.

Security, children, and international processing

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no service is completely secure. Pic2Listing is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in countries other than yours with appropriate operational safeguards.
